Naijatalks Forum respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and comparable laws in other jurisdictions.
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (e.g. a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe content you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your identification, the material removed and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, your consent to jurisdiction, and your signature. Send counter-notices to the same address above.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
